Meet our 3rd year Veteran, Ashley! She is a Junior studying Marketing and Management. Her hometown is Wellington, FL. We asked Ashley what she loves about GG. She said, she loves to continue doing something she loves with people who have become my family. Fun Fact: I still shop at Abercrombie.

Meet our 2nd year Veteran and Junior Exec Officer, Sarah! She is a Sophomore studying Environmental Science. Her hometown Jacksonville, FL. We asked her what she loves about GG. She said, I love how everyone pushes and supports each other, on and off the mat. I have also found some of my best friends through Garnet Girls and I will always be thankful for that! Fun Fact: I am a quarter Indian and a few years ago I was able to travel to India with my family and spend time with my cousins!

She said, I love the team dynamics and that I get to represent FSU. GG is my outlet through the stress of school, I wish I started earlier! Fun Fact: When I dance, I often get confused with Beyonce. I am also a NSCA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer

She said, GG is a place to work out my stress and escape reality. It has brought me my very best friends and I don't know what I would do without the connections I've made these past 3 years. Fun Fact: I traveled to 9 different states and another country in the past year!

Meet our 2nd year Veteran and Travel Exec Officer, Katie! She is a Sophomore studying Marketing. Her hometown is Tampa, FL. We asked Katie what she loves about GG. She said, GG is the best way to get away from the stress of college while spending time with my favorite girls, and competing in the sport I love. Fun Fact: I am an NCA staffer!

Meet our 2nd year Veteran, Miranda! She is a Sophomore studying Biology. Her hometown is Virginia Beach, VA. We asked her what she loves about GG. She said, It's a place to forget all my stress. I get to enjoy working with my teammates, getting new skills, and making great friends. This team is so positive, it makes me look forward to seeing my friends every practice. Fun Fact: My dream is to be a fairy queen, but for now I'll have to settle for my fave activity, reading lots of fiction.

She said, I love that I can continue cheering with an awesome team that pushes and never gives up. Oh, and my flyer Sara is pretty funny. (sometimes) Fun Fact: I used to cheer for Cheer Athletics and I once broke my nose in the middle of my routine at NCA.

She said, GG allows me to continue doing what I love, with some fantastic people. Everyone has so much determination and passion behind their daily actions, whether that be in school or practice. It inspires me to push myself in everything that I want to achieve in life. Fun Fact: I can talk like Donald Duck.

Meet one of our Rookie's, Jenny! She is a Freshman studying Computer Science. Her hometown is Orlando, FL. We asked Jenny what she loved about GG. She said, I love getting to know so many amazing people that all share the same passion. GG challenges and pushes you to do your best. Everyone puts 110% into every practice and is always so helpful and welcoming, especially to the first years. Fun Fact: I am and identical twin, but I am the pretty one.

Meet our 3rd year Veteran and Treasurer, Sara! She is a Junior studying Accounting. Her hometown is Orlando, FL. We asked Sara what she loves about GG. She said, I love how close everyone has gotten so quickly. Nothing is better than sharing a passion with 24 other girls. I look forward to each practice because I love how much everyone motivates each other to be better. Fun Fact: I eat Chipotle at least 3 times a week

She said, I love coming into practice and getting away from schoolwork to spend time with my second fam! Fun Fact: I can easily eat 14 pieces of pizza in one sitting. I also have a serious cheese addiction.

She said, I love the dynamics of the team and the love for cheerleading each of us has. This sport has a special place in my heart and so does Garnet Girls. She said, These ladies opened their arms and welcomed me right into their family. They gave me a sense of belonging. I love that they are just as passionate about this sport as I am. Meet one of our Rookie's, Olivia! She is a Freshman studying Exercise Science. Her hometown is Morristown, NJ. We asked Olivia what she loves about GG. She said, I love how everyone loves to be there. No one wanted to give up the sport that they love and GG gave us that opportunity. Plus, the uniforms are super cute. Fun Fact: My favorite animal is a stingray and one time I accidentally ate one.
